Darrell joined MAKE/FILMS in January 2021 as Director of Operations following a seven-year tenure as Head of Post Production at Harbor Picture Company, bringing 20 years of experience working in the entertainment industry. Working alongside the executive teams of both a major film studio and three high profile film, commercial, and television post production companies in New York and Los Angeles, Darrell specializes in organizational structure and team building and is responsible for overseeing all operations of production and post production. Darrell is a collaborator in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Darrell is inspired daily by the creative team at MAKE/FILMS.
Throughout his career Darrell’s held positions at The Walt Disney Studios, Deluxe, Harbor Picture Company, and Company 3, where he collaborated on projects like Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, The Irishman, Beauty and The Beast, Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Hamilton, and served a wide variety of clients and program types with additional experience in sales, marketing and digital cinema.
