“Illuminating the Path”
We were honored to partner with Penn Medicine and the Lancaster General Health Foundation to create a film for the 2025 Gingham Gala, a night dedicated to hope, healing, and the power of community.
This project went beyond filmmaking. It was about capturing the courage of those walking through cancer and the compassion of the people and programs that helped them along the way. The film brought to life how Penn Medicine and the Foundation supported patients through some of life’s hardest moments, offering access to critical resources, financial relief, and the peace of mind needed to focus on healing.
Our team at MAKE/FILMS crafted a story that wove together emotion, empathy, and purpose — showing how care extends far beyond the walls of a hospital.
When the film premiered at the Gala, it became the emotional centerpiece of the evening. Guests were deeply moved by the stories shared, as our client said, “Our guests LOVED the video. A lot of tears that night after watching it. Thank you for your vision and for making yet another fantastic work of art.”
Moments like that remind us why we do what we do, to make films that are meaningful, connect, move, and inspire.
