Jayme Swain is the CEO of Virginia Foundations for Public Media and the President of VPM, the largest locally owned and operated public media company in Central Virginia. Jayme is a former Deputy Director of U.S. News and World Report, spending 11 years at PBS. She now oversees the public TV and radio member stations across Virginia through VPM’s network. In this episode Jayme shares her thoughts on the power and connection of storytelling and VPM’s goal to give people a voice who often are not heard.
