Russ Digilio is the founder of Duck Donuts, a made-to-order donut shop started in Duck, North Carolina in 2007. What started as a search for Russ’s family to find a warm, fresh donut in the Outer Banks, became the start of a franchise that has grown to almost 100 stores across the United States.
