Introduction
Listrak, a retail digital marketing automation company, wanted a video to help them recruit top talent. We worked with them through every step of the production process — even casting own producer as the lead talent!
The ask
Listrak has always been a destination for job seekers. But finding top talent in a competitive job market is a challenge — even for one of the fastest growing companies. MAKE/FILMS was brought in to create a recruiting video that would help showcase Listrak’s company and new state-of-the-art HQ.
The process
Listrak had a lot of positive things to say about the company — and for good reason. To tell the most compelling story, we helped them distill these messages into a script that reflected the Listrak culture. This set the tone for the rest of the film, which acted as a tour without being a tour and highlighted the subtle, daily interactions that make Listrak the best place to work.
The final cut
Now, when Listrak asks candidates what they know about the company during the interview process, they come informed and engaged. The film gives them a feel for the company in a way that elevates their interest, helping turn top potential into permanent team members.
