Using the magic and art of visual effects to tell stronger stories.
Introduction
Sometimes highlighting a single service across multiple projects is the best way to show our work. Especially when it comes to visual effects, which take different forms in different films. This case study features just a handful of the ways we use visual effects at MAKE/FILMS.
The takeaway
As filmmakers, we respect cinema. Authenticity is important to us, and we want to show that on screen. But sometimes, visual effects are needed. And, let’s be honest, they’re fun. Add something or take it away. Repair something or damage it. The possibilities are imaginative and endless.
But no matter the ask or need, there’s one important thing to keep in mind: visual effects should be intentional and discussed early on in the project.
